Bringing Green Stormwater Management Strategies to a Philly Rowhouse Reno

Meliora Design led a workshop for Green Building United’s Passive House and Living Future Communities, focusing on green stormwater management strategies for a South Philly rowhouse renovation.

The Living Future + Passive House Communities orgainzed a demonstration learning series to explore the Phius’ REVIVE 2024 and Living Future’s Core certification standards, and used the Cross Street Passive House as a real world case study of a project seeking certificiation.
