Charlie Aquilina, CFM

Civil and Water Resources Engineer

Charlie is a Civil and Water Resources Engineer with a background in geography and expertise in geographic information systems (GIS). His work at Meliora includes site design and permitting as well as flood studies, environmental master planning, and stream restoration. Prior to joining Meliora, Charlie specialized in hydraulic and hydrologic (H&H) modeling. He is a certified floodplain manager (CFM) and is experienced with CLOMR/LOMR and No-Rise studies. Charlie also possesses a Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot License from the FAA.

Charlie earned his Masters of Science in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
